and eat!

A little about me.  I’m a swimmer, mainly, although I pretend to be a triathlete in the summer.  I needed to shake up my exercise routine a couple years ago, so I joined Team EnVision, an all women’s triathlon team. Now I have a bunch of people to swim, bike and eat with!  We make really good food for our potlucks.  Oh, and I try to run, too.
I started swimming when I was 4 – had to do what the big kids were doing – quit at 15 (hated it!), started/stopped/started/stopped, swam on my own through my mid-twenties and early thirties.  I joined Cambridge Masters in my mid-thirties and have been swimming off and on with them ever since.  Sometimes I compete, sometimes I don’t.

I’m working on being a stronger cyclist.  I tend to like just to ride (and chat), rather than race…

And I’d rather read than run, so I will probably post more about what I’m reading (and eating!) than my running adventures.
